We make every effort to continually update the website to reflect current models and specifications, however, the manufacturer may discontinue or modify products, and such modifications may not be reflected on the website.  PTAC Direct Sales does not grantee the accuracy of the data and specifications.  Although, we make all efforts to maintain the accuracy of the data on this website, however, PTAC Direct Sales shall not be responsible for any typographical errors, inaccuracies related to products, technical information, pricing or other related materials contained in this website.  PTAC Direct Sales will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, or consequential, resulting from the use of information contained in this website.

Payments and Return Policy

Payments prior to shipment by credit card or cashiers check are accepted, unless the account is pre approved by the credit department, at time of order, in advance of the shipment.

All sales are final.  PTAC Direct Sales will accept returns for most products within 14 days of purchase; however, a 25 percent restocking charge will be accessed on the returned merchandise.  All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA), issued by PTAC Direct Sales in advance of the return.  All special ordered (non stock) items are not refundable.  Only new, unused and unopened equipment in the original carton, with all packaging intact, will be accepted for returns.  Upon approval, all returns must be sent insured and freight pre-paid to the address indicated on the RMA form.

You may cancel your order if it has not shipped without any charge.  However, if the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and 25 percent restocking charge.

If you receive product and see evidence of viable damage, inspect the product prior to signing the bill of lading.  If the product is damaged, note and copy the bill of lading and refuse the shipment.  If only the packaging is damaged, but the product is in satisfactory condition, note the damage on the bill of lading and accept the shipment.  Keep a copy of the document for your records and inform us of the damage support@ptacdirect.com.

If you notice concealed damage following receipt of the shipment, notify the carrier in writing immediately within 24-hours.  Keep a record of your communication with the carrier.  Additionally, notify us of the damage at support@ptacdirect.com.
